We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely.

🕒 Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

🚚 Shipping Time:

  • Pakistan: 2–5 business days  

🔁 Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

❗ Delays & Issues:

If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us at kashikingstore.pk@gmail.com We’ll make it right.

📦 Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately. We’ll replace or refund your order as per our return policy.

 

Exchanges

Eligibility: We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team. Provide your order details and the item you want to exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all exchanges.
